NANCY OAKLEY
Chief Operating Officer

Nancy received her master's degree in counseling psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 1993; she received her baccalaureate degree from San Francisco State University in 1984 with an emphasis in English literature. Nancy entered the field of children's mental health and social service provision in 2001 after managing several bookstores in Colorado and California (including Cody's Books in Berkeley). After joining Lincoln as a social worker in 2003, Nancy led the re-accreditation process for the Kinship program and became interested in best practices driving the care for children. She moved into quality improvement at Lincoln in 2005 and has overseen operations since 2012.
