Professional Development
Lincoln provides professional development opportunities that meet the qualifications for Continuing Education as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. We are committed to maintaining and supporting a well-trained, diverse staff that begins with an extensive new hire orientation and continues to include ongoing trainings generated by challenges facing our staff, youth and families. Our comprehensive training prepares staff to deeply understand our programs and who we serve, and to increase job and industry knowledge. Benefits
Lincoln offers a comprehensive benefits package to all regular, full-time employees and part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week. In brief, our benefits package includes health insurance offerings for medical, dental and vision coverage with a substantial employer-paid subsidy for employees and dependents; voluntary offerings for life insurance, long-term disability and flexible spending accounts; Employee Assistance Program benefits; and generous paid-time benefits of at least eight weeks per year combining PTO/sick/vacation and holidays. In addition, after the completion of one year of service, employees are eligible to participate in one of our employer matching and/or sponsored retirement plans and employer-paid group life insurance.
