The Leadership Training series is to assist new LINCOLN leaders whom have been in their position a short time and/or were recommended by their supervisor to develop a broader understanding of leadership and its applications and implications within the agency.  The three day training will include a variety of topics to help transition you into your new role and/or support you in matching your leadership with LINCOLN values.
